Raseri Mountain Retreat

Rick Knutsen

What were you most excited about at the Raseri Mountain Weekend Retreat?

I was most excited about hanging out with the top guys in our office for 3 days in the mountains of West Virginia.  I practically grew up in West Virginia so I was excited about taking Andrew, Chris, and Nikki back home so they could see where I grew up.  I’ve been to Snowshoe West Virginia to snowboard before but I’ve never been there in the summer.  I knew it was going to be beautiful scenery and was excited to share the experience with the guys.

What was your favorite part of the Raseri Mountain Weekend Retreat?

My favorite part of the Raseri Mountain Weekend was getting to see some of my best friends that I have developed working in our business.  I don’t get to see them that often since they are located all over the country.  It was nice to get to hang out with them again.

What did you learn at the Raseri Mountain Weekend Retreat?

At the Raseri Mountain Weekend Retreat I learned that I need to have more goals focused on myself rather than all of my goals focusing on world domination.  So I made some goals to get back into shape and start eating healthier.  I have had breakfast every day since I got back into the Raseri office, and now my goal is to start working out.

What was the best meal you had all weekend at the Raseri Mountain Weekend Retreat?

We were at the BBQ, Brews and Blues festival.  My favorite meal was definitely the habanera glazed baby back ribs!  I love spicy and I love ribs so it was the perfect combination.  I also had a microbrew from West Virginia that was a peanut butter blonde! AMAZING!

Nikki Harris

What were you most excited about?

The opportunity to network with successful people who have become my close friends and mentors. I was also excited about the opportunity to strengthen the friendship I have with Rick, Chris and Andrew. We went to Rick's house in southern Ohio and shot guns, ate homemade dinner with his family, which was my favorite part.

What was your favorite part?

Networking with my future business partners. I was given the chance to hang out with people who genuinely care about my progression and development and want to see me succeed. We played games, road four-wheelers though the mountains, watch fireworks on top of the mountain, and just hang out with each other, doesn't get much better.

What did you learn?

I learned that hard work pays off. All of the managers, assistant managers have put in the time and effort, and the will-power to succeed and it's now paying off.

What was the best meal you had all weekend?

The barbecue platter I had at Blues, Brews, and Barbecues Festival. There were ribs, chicken, macaroni and cheese and beans. I love to eat so it was an awesome pate! Chris kept trying to steal my ribs, so I had to eat quickly.

What were you most excited about?

I was most excited about seeing the other top guys in the organization. I had met most of them before, and it was very exciting to meet the rest of the team!

What was your favorite part?

My favorite part was the blues, brews and barbecue festival. I got to network with the whole team, while having fun at the same time.

What did you learn?

I learned that we have a huge opportunity to become business partners with great people to represent future 500 companies!

What was the best meal you had all weekend?

I loved the pizza at Cheat Mountain, but my favorite meal was the turkey leg at the barbecue festival.

Andrew Riley

What were you most excited about?

Being around all the top players in the organization. My opportunity to speak with a mass amount of people to help with my progression towards my goals.

What was your favorite part?

The breakout sessions with the managers and promoting managers in order to better understand how to take full advantage of the position that I'm in and tips and tricks of how to get better.

What did you learn?

Mentality. How you perceive something is how it is, your perception is your reality. The more people you help around you, the better off the office will be.

What was the best meal you had all weekend?

Breakfast ! The most important and most delicious meal of the day!!!
