What are your main “keys to success” with Raseri, Inc?

My keys are having a great student mentality to learn everything possible and a good work ethic.

So far, what is your favorite part of working at Raseri, Inc?

The whole atmosphere. I love coming into the office everyday and I enjoy hanging out and competing with everyone.

What specific goals do you have for the next year? What are you most looking forward to?

Within the next year, I want to move up and expand the company to be able to open up my own office. I'm looking forward to learning more and meeting new people.

What advice would you give to others who are looking to hit leadership qualifications at Raseri Inc?

You always want to keep learning and getting better and better so have a good student mentality. Also, set goals for yourself each and every week.

I used to glass blow for six years.

Always having fun and staying positive I know to have good days, you will have to get over a bad day!

Definitely becoming part of a team. It’s also a competitive environment, which always pushes you harder.

What specific goals do you have for the next year? What are you most looking forward to?

I’m looking forward to helping build the organization and learning new skills like the interview process and training.

What advice would you give to others who are looking to hit leadership qualifications at Raseri Inc?

Surround yourself with self-driven people who know how to have fun while working.
