Taking notes everyday and rewriting them when I get home from work that day. I listen to other leaders advice and working extremely hard.
So far, what is your favorite part of
working with the team at Raseri Inc?
My favorite part is definitely getting to know everyone at the office. Everyone is very friendly and tons of fun.
What specific goals do you have for the
next year? What are you most looking forward to?
My goals this year are to continue to work hard and learn to transfer knowledge to others at Raseri Inc, I look forward to learning how to train and develop other people in their career with Raseri Inc.
What advice would you give to others who
are looking to hit leadership qualifications?
Don't give up! Working hard now will pay off in the future.

Having a strong student mentality and work ethic. I always make sure to review what I learn and ask every question that pops into my head.

working with the team at Raseri Inc?
Being able to grow and develop in such a helpful and welcoming environment. Everyone has something to teach you and wants to see you succeed.
What specific goals do you have for the
next year? What are you most looking forward to?
To get promoted to assistant manager, as well as to help others get promoted. I am most looking forward to helping others grow and reach their goals.
What advice would you give to others who
are looking to hit leadership qualifications?
Keep your head up and keep moving forward. Set attainable goals and keep a strong student mentality.

I have been drawing comics on-and-off since I was six years old. I've even printed a few copies of my most recent comic that I made in college.

Definitely my notebook, and people who trained me. Everyday I take a plethora of notes and every night I would go over them at least once. Next day I would apply it all.
So far, what is your favorite part of
working with the team at Raseri Inc?
Without a doubt, the office atmosphere. Never have I worked in a friendlier or more exciting place than Raseri Inc..
What specific goals do you have for the
next year? What are you most looking forward to?
I plan on being promoted to assistant manager by November of 2014. And I am most looking forward to all of the amazing travel opportunities at Raseri Inc.

are looking to hit leadership qualifications?
Take notes, take notes, take notes. And then, subsequently, read them, read them, read them. If you're unsure of something ask.
